    Our rigid plastic extrusion materials include PVC, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, PETG, Polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE), ABS, CAB, Polystyrene and Nylon. We can also produce flexible extrusion in PVC, TPE, Silicone and dual hardness sections. We can help design your custom plastic extrusion, selecting the most suitable material.

    In addition to conventional flexible PVC we can now offer Phthalate-free PVC. This flexible material is aimed at the Toy, Baby Product and Medical industries because of concerns over long term health effects of Phthalates.

    Secondary machining and cutting operations can be undertaken as well as assembly and printing (on suitable materials) if required.
